Spain introduction service
Spain Property Finance Introductions
An introduction-only service for property finance enquiries in Spain, wherever you are based.
Sterling acts solely as an introducer for Spanish property finance. We take the initial details, clarify the requirement and, where possible, identify an appropriate independent specialist provider. We only share your enquiry details with a provider after you give explicit consent.
Clients may be based anywhere. You do not need to be a UK resident or national to make an enquiry.
What would you like to discuss?
An enquiry may relate to buying a property, refinancing existing borrowing, raising capital secured against property, development, refurbishment, or a commercial or mixed-use transaction.
If you are looking for bridging finance in Spain, describe the underlying requirement: what the funding is for, the property involved, the amount and any deadline. The independent provider determines whether it can assist and what finance options, if any, may be appropriate. Sterling does not provide lending, Spanish credit broking or financial advice.
What to include in your enquiry
Start with a summary of the following information. It helps us describe the requirement accurately before considering an introduction.
| Information | What to tell us |
|---|---|
| The property | Its location, type and current or intended use. |
| Price or value | The purchase price or estimated current value, making clear which it is. |
| Amount required | The amount you are looking to raise and the currency. |
| Existing borrowing | Any borrowing already secured against the property. |
| Ownership | How the property is owned or would be owned, including a company or more than one owner where relevant. |
| Applicant circumstances | Your country of residence and an outline of circumstances relevant to the enquiry. |
| Purpose and timing | What the funds are for and any transaction deadline. |
The team can explain what further information is needed. Enquiries may involve non-resident applicants, overseas income, company or cross-border ownership, several beneficial owners, or circumstances that do not fit a mainstream route. Describing them fully helps an introduction reflect the position accurately.
An enquiry is not an application approval. Providing the information above does not establish eligibility or guarantee that a provider can be identified.
How the introduction works
1. Describe the requirement. Send your initial summary so we can understand the property, applicant, ownership, purpose and amount.
2. Clarify the information. Sterling reviews the enquiry and identifies points that an independent specialist is likely to need before deciding whether it can assist.
3. Consider an introduction. Where an appropriate provider can be identified, we obtain your explicit consent before sharing your enquiry details with that provider.
4. Continue with the independent provider. The provider is responsible for eligibility, advice, recommendations, products, terms, underwriting, documentation and the finance process. Sterling does not promise a finance outcome, terms or availability.
Property enquiries across Spain
We accept enquiries involving property across Spain, including Marbella, the Costa del Sol, Ibiza, Mallorca and Madrid. Our Spain locations overview provides context for these areas without limiting the wider introduction service.
Location is one part of the enquiry. The property’s use, ownership, existing debt and purpose of the requested finance also need to be explained.
